The Ingredients:
Serves 10
- 3 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1¾ lbs. frisée, chopped
- 4 oranges, sectioned and cut into ½" pieces
Place vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper in a large serving bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Add frisée and toss. Top with orange pieces.
