The Ingredients:


  • 4 oz. goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 10 slices rustic white bread (½" thick), toasted
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°. Spread goat cheese onto bread slices. Sprinkle with rosemary, sea salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until slightly golden, about 10 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil.
