The Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. superfine or simple sugar
- 3 sprigs fresh mint (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1.5 oz light rum
- ¼ cup club soda
- Lime for garnish
Put sugar, mint, lime juice and rum in a cocktail shaker. Use a spoon or a pestle to crush sugar and mint into the rum. Add ice and shake. Serve over ice with club soda. Garnish with a lime.
