I personally think that the pattern on the curtains distracts from the mural and vice versa. If you want curtains on that wall, I would do a more subtle pattern.
I agree with pp. The vintage fabric seems a little busy next to the mural- which I LOVE, by the way! I'd try a smaller, more orderly print on the windows.

I agree with everyone. The two seem to be competing right now. Maybe opt for curtains that have no pattern or a smaller/subtler pattern?

Well, that settles that. Thanks everyone. I think I might have to hang onto that fabric for a while. It's blue so i don't' think it'll work with the green walls in the living room. Shoot.
