I check Kate's blog daily to see what she's cooking, and I usually copy her. I love her enthusiasm - she makes the cooking as fun as the eating, and that's hard!
She also introduced me to triple pork burgers, which are truly heaven on a bun. I will be forever in her debt...
I love rainbow chard! It's great if you sautee it.
