Scrappy Girl Decorates

Meet My New BFF Photoshop

Tree1

As I discovered a few days ago, Photoshop's a lean, mean decorating machine. But lo and behold she also plays well with others. Really well. Look at what my friend Martina did with her! Notice Djuna the cat likes to climb trees. She's not the blogging kitty, by the way, though she is my familiar.

I'm sending some better photos to Martina (the genius illustrator who I worked with at gURL.com) to doctor up in a bit.

Now what do we think? What would Djuna do?

Short of a muralist, what you need is an interiors tatoo artist. If there isn't one, there should be. After all, the task is the same: draw images that have been shrunk or blown up.

Oh, I am SO loving that! It's wonderful the way it goes up the ceiling and creeps out of the window. The colors also work perfectly with your linens and that dresser. Way to go!

i like the photoshop tree, scrappy!

i also found this while browsing urbanoutfitters.com that might be of interest to you.

Love it! I think you need one just like it in each corner of the room to create the decadent Oscar Wilde fantasy you were hoping for. Too much, you ask? Never, I say!

Do it!

Now I totally want to do the same thing...

Very cool. Love the colors! I have been on a major bend with Japanese inspired design and could have offered this as an option

which I have recently discovered is NOT Cherry Blossoms, but Plum Blossoms. Duck egg on my face.
