IKEA Fabrics
As much as I love a deal I draw the line at sleeping outside the new Red Hook IKEA for a free sofa. Some folks did just that! Though I still haven't been I'm super pumped about having a Big Blue Box nearby as there are some in-store only items I covet, like their selection of fabrics:
Max price on these above is only $7.99/yard, compared to Marimekko, which can cost over a hundred dollars per repeat (never fails to confuse me). IKEA's bolts are 59" wide.

I didn't even know IKEA had fabric! We will be getting one in my area...Charlotte, NC...this year. Now I am even more excited.
That red print just begs to cover an old wing chair. What a face lift that would be!

Nick, isn't the fabric great? I love the colors in the flower print and just decided this week to use it as a duvet cover for my teen's room with their coordinating orange stripe as window treatments. I can't wait to get it all together.
I love IKEA fabrics, but I feel so overwhelmed when I'm at Ikea I usually leave empty handed. Other than chair or pillow covers any suggestions for first time upholstery fabric buyers?
