Company Store Boxes
Who wants to explain The Company Store to me? Like Linda Richman might've kvetched, it's neither a company nor a store. Discuss. Now discuss these recycled plastic boxes:
"De-clutter your life and be kind to the Earth" they say. As if it were that easy! But these white woven thingees with hunter green cotton (not acrylic) handles are more stylish than ten pairs of Birkenstocks, and stacked on a book shelf or under a console they could be very chic. They're marked down a whopping seven dollars --such a deal! -- to $62 for a set of three. They also make me wonder why nobody's successfully knocked off T. Anthony luggage? It wouldn't be that hard!

I love these boxes Nick. Only annoying thing is that plastic and cotton should never be combined. One is a technical nutrient and the other is a biological nutrient. With that said, they are pretty chic.
Amen on T Anthony!
Or better yet, why won't T Anthony knock themselves off? I smell a Target partnership.
The sides of the boxes look a little flexible and unstable, like they barely got them to stand up for the photo shoot. I wonder how well they stack in real life.
If they are full, though, it wouldn't matter.
re: T. Anthony knock off.
I found one at landsend.com a while back but have been saving my pennies for the real thing to complete my v. small collection of T.A. goodness.

From your mouth to God's (Target is my God) ears, Decorno. And Zem, does this mean I have to worry about nutrients in my tchotckes, too?! Oh and I hadn't seen this Land's End version but it's kind of fabulous ... but why don't they offer purple?? (I got shivers typing that.)
