Spring Awakening

Well spring ain't sprung yet, but I just wandered back to ReproDepot.com and got inspired by these fun Japanese prints:

From the top: Notari Sweet Pea in red, She Is Cosmos motif (?!?) in yellow, and Jinsenji Wavy Stripe in black. All have BIG repeats and are only $8.50-$9.50 per half yard.  I'd acrylic-back the Sweet Pea to use as wallpaper and mount the black stripe on a canvas stretcher for something a la Franz Kline. She Is Cosmos? Well I see her more down the center of a big French armchair or comfy Bridgewater.

Beautiful!!! I love love love.

thanks omantr!! glad y'all likey.

these fabrics are g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s and they remind me of this amazing design showroom in Huntington NY I hit up the other day. They had tons of large, fun prints in vibrant colors on everything from pillows to the walls! Eileen, the owner is an amazing designer and the sweetest, most vibrant woman EVER! I'm telling you... check them out, www.ekbinteriors.com

Hi Nick, you are pure inspiration!! One question, are Reprodepot fabrics generally heavy enough for sofa upholstery?

thanks yayamomz and good question! i'd say any of their canvases are great for upholstery, simple broadcloths not so much.
